Nautilus Inn was a last minute booking that turned out great! We wanted a clean comfortable room with a beach view. We got all that and great service from the staff. They had stopped the remodeling over the holidays so that might be different during the days. This was a very clean room and hotel. Our balcony had 2 chairs overlooking their great patio, pool, and hot tub area. The beach access was easy and included shower and foot sprayer. If we revisit Dayton Beach, this will be our choice hotel!
I really love this hotel! The views were AMAZING! It was very reasonably priced, great location, and very spacious, efficient rooms. Kitchens with plates, glasses, etc. A big closet. Great seating areas, great balcony, etc. Highly recommend!
Great location, mid range pricing, very nice balcony - oceanfront view. A minor hiccup after first night, Aaron went over and beyond the call of duty to assist us and make the stay great. THANK YOU AARON FOR A GREAT JOB YOU PERSONALLY DID FOR US!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An incredible stay at The Nautilus Inn — easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment we checked in, everything about The Nautilus Inn exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere is relaxing, the location is beautiful, and the staff truly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The room itself was spotless and welcoming. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I loved being able to unwind out on the balcony with such a nice view. The TV setup was perfect too — we were able to stream YouTube and watch movies with no issues at all. Everything felt thoughtfully set up to make guests feel at home. The amenities were just as impressive. The hot tub and pool were clean, well maintained, and ideal for relaxing after a long day. The scenery around the property adds to the calm vibe, and the little touches — like the free muffins in the morning — really made a difference. A special shoutout to Miley at the front desk. She was so kind, helpful, and professional, and she made the whole experience even better. You can tell the staff here really care about their guests. Another great thing is that there are fun activities and places to visit right nearby. There’s even a smoking lounge next door that honestly deserves to be featured on the Travel Channel — it’s that unique! Overall, The Nautilus Inn is everything you could ask for in a hotel — clean, friendly, relaxing, and full of character. I can’t say enough good things about my stay here, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Thank you to everyone at The Nautilus Inn for making my trip such a memorable one!

Aaron and Maile are great. Had a bad time with book.com. lost my room and my money. No room and lost money. Maile gave me credit on booking and Aaron found me a room . It was my 56 anniversary . They made my life so happy. They were great. I will only stay with nautilus . Room was great ocean views . The best employee's don't ever let them go. They love there jobs. I'll be back only will with you guys. Thanks for all your hard work.

The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job keeping everything spotless and cozy. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so pleasant — I’ll definitely be back and will highly recommend this hotel to others!
Beautiful views from the rooms! Well laid out rooms with an additional sink and mirror besides the bathroom. Full refrigerator, microwave, stove with utensils. The rooms are very nice and clean. Sleep with the balcony door open to hear the ocean and feel the breeze. The coffee is the only bad thing here. The staff doesn’t put out the coffee until 7:00am and there is no longer any breakfast offerings. IHOP restaurant a couple of blocks away. I would definitely stay here again.
